Story suggestions are useful only if the public topic list stays clean. New subtopics now start in review, where editors can merge duplicates, hold weak or unclear requests, and promote strong candidates into official WordPress tags.

The first version keeps this lightweight: public content, a contact path, and normal WordPress editing. That keeps early operating cost low while preserving a path toward richer audience insight later.
